Genome Strains
The T. cruzi pangenome comprises strains organized into four discrete clades (A–D) and hybrid lineages (BC). Each strain page provides genome browsers, dotplots, Circos visualizations, and gene annotations. Strain Dm28c was sequenced T2T in our lab (Greif et al., 2026) and two haplotypes were available.
